I made a reservation at the Westin for Wed - Sun. I requested early check-in, and a feather-free room, which I realize is a challenge given their down bedding. So I expected it to be a more difficult check-in process than usual. When we arrived shortly after our scheduled check in time, the room wasn't quite ready, so we were asked to have a seat in the lounge. We were a bit pressed for time, so I really was just trying to determine if we needed to have them hold our bags so we could make it to our reservation, or if the room would be ready soon. The woman at the desk, whose name I failed to get, was fantastic. She upgraded us to a nicer room, which was already feather-free and ready for check-in, at no extra charge. The room was great. Very clean. Very quiet. The hotel was busy, but we never had to wait for an elevator. The front desk staff, and bell staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The wi-fi was included in the cost of the room and worked great. We ordered breakfast in our room one morning and it arrived promptly on time, and piping hot. The temperature controls in the room worked really well. In regards to the $25/day resort fee credit, we were advised to charge our meal(s) to the room, and then make sure at the desk at check-out that the charges were removed appropriately. I didn't even need to visit the desk. It was all handled automatically on the bill the morning we checked out. Overall it was a lovely stay and I can't recommend them enough.
