ROOM RESERVATIONS
Q: When is the earliest I can check in?
A: Check-in time at The Westin New York
at Times Square is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time
is 12:00 noon. You may call the Front Desk and
request a later check-out time on the day of your
departure. Partial room rates may apply.
Q: What is the hotel's toll-free reservations
number?
A: Our toll-free reservations number is
1 800 WESTIN1.
SPECIAL ROOM REQUESTS
Q: Are cribs or roll-away beds available
at the hotel?
A: Yes. A crib or roll-away can be arranged
at the time of your reservation. There is no charge for a
crib, however, there is a slight
charge per stay for a roll-away bed.
Q: How many additional guests can stay
in the room?
A: No more than 3 guests are permitted
to stay in a king guest room due to fire codes.
No more than 4 guests are permitted to stay in
a double/double guest room.
Q: Is it possible to have special amenities
(i.e., fruit basket, etc.), sent to the room?
A: Yes. Simply contact the hotel at 212-201-2700
and ask for Service Express.
FITNESS CENTER & SPA
Q: Do you have fitness facilities?
A: Yes. Located on the 23rd floor,
our full fitness center features state-of-the-art
cardiovascular equipment with personal audio/TV
monitors and spectacular views of the Hudson
River. Open 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday
and Sunday.
Q: What type of fitness equipment is available?
A: Our advanced equipment includes: Life
Fitness cardiovascular equipment (Treadmills,
elliptical cross trainers, stationary bikes, and
stair climbers), Life Fitness strength training
equipment, free weights, stretch mats and balance
balls.
Q: Is there an admission fee to use the
Fitness Center?
A: Yes. Guests can pay $10 per day or $30
per week for use of the fitness facilities. Daily
complimentary fitness usage is extended with the
purchase of any spa treatment.
Q: What types of spa services do you offer?
A: Luxurious therapies include a
variety of soothing and effective massages,
exfoliating or nourishing body treatments,
and botanical and clinical facials for men
and women. We offer a supporting selection
of body and skin care products that complement
our spa
services.
Q: What types of massages do you offer?
A: We feature Therapeutic Deep Tissue,
Soothing Stone Therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish,
Reflexology and Sports massages. Prices

DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
Q: Are there any restaurants at the
hotel?
A: Yes. Shula's, considered one of
the finest steak houses in America, is located
just off our 2nd floor lobby. Shula's No Name
Bar is a great place to kick-back. In addition,
Bar 10, our city-style lounge with light fare
available, is another great place to unwind
at the end of a hectic day. In-Room Dining
is a round-the-clock option at The Westin
New York at Times Square; and the hotel is
directly connected to E-Walk, an entertainment,
dining and retail complex that offers a variety
of restaurants such as Chevy's Fresh Mex,
Yoshinoya, Europan, Dallas BBQ and B.B. King's
Blues Club & Lucille's Grill.
Q: Is there concierge service?
A: In keeping with our worldwide reputation
for impeccable service, full concierge service
is available to accommodate all of your travel,
tour and entertainment needs.
Q: Can the hotel make arrangements
for tickets to Broadway shows, concerts
and sporting events?
A: Absolutely! The Westin New York
at Times Square is located in the heart
of the Broadway Theatre District. In fact
there are more than 40 theatres within walking
distance of the hotel! Our Theatre &
Tour Desk staff would be happy to acquire
tickets to the event of your choice. Please

A: With pleasure! The Westin New
York in Times Square is conveniently located
near departure points for many of the most
popular sightseeing tours of New York. Our
Theatre & Tour Desk staff, would be

A: The Westin New York at Times Square
is directly connected to E-Walk, an entertainment,
dining and retail complex that also encompasses
13 Regal movie theaters. These theaters feature
the latest in cinema entertainment and technology.

Q: Does the hotel have meeting rooms available?
A: Yes. The Westin New York at Times Square
has more than 34,000 square feet of meeting space
available for your business functions.
Q: Are there facilities available for
small meetings and groups?
A: Absolutely! The Westin New York at Times
Square has 32 meeting and breakout rooms PLUS
a dedicated staff that works closely with smaller
groups to help ensure that they get the most out
of their big city experience.
Q: Does the hotel offer a full-range of
state-of-the-art equipment and services?
A: Definitely. As a new meetings hotel,
you will find everything you are looking for
from domestic and international video conferencing
capabilities and high-speed Internet access
in every meeting room to comprehensive audiovisual
and production services. The hotel is also
interconnected with 13 movie theaters (in
E-Walk) that offer a total of 3,216 seats
for special presentations and events (individual
theater sizes range from 176 to 526 seats).

airports to The Westin New York At Times Square?
A: Yes. There is transportation available
via taxi cab to and from Kennedy, LaGuardia and
Newark International airports. Approximate distances
are:
- 8 miles from LaGuardia Airport
- 15 miles from JFK International Airport
- 16 miles from Newark International Airport
Additionally, the hotel is just blocks from Grand
Central Station and Penn Station.
Q: What type of parking facilities are
available at the hotel?
A: The hotel offers valet parking at a
fee of $55.00 + tax per day.
